Cozy Scented Space on a Budget | Minimalist Spa Room with Candles & Pampas Grass

Three Edison bulbs glow inside a cage-like pendant light low above a massage table dressed in crisp white linens. A row of white candles in different heights lines a light wooden dresser. A bundle of pampas grass leans from a wooden holder on top. That’s the whole scene. No renovation, no big spend, no designer. This cozy scented space proves you can get the spa feeling for almost nothing if you choose the right pieces.

I have a thing for dim, warm rooms. But I also flinch when a scented candle costs $30. So when I started thinking about this setup, I made it a personal challenge. Can a room feel expensive and calm with thrifted furniture and dried grass? Yes. Honestly, it’s easier than you think.
